Warum ich anders bin.Why I'm different.

Meine Karriere begann 1995 an der Maschine. Nicht im Studium, nicht in einer Unternehmensberatung – sondern als Drucker im Schichtbetrieb. Dieses Handwerksfundament ist bis heute der Kern meiner Arbeit: Ich verstehe Produktion nicht aus dem Konferenzraum, sondern aus der Praxis.My career started in 1995 at the machine. Not at university, not at a consultancy – but as a printer on shift work. That craft foundation remains the core of my work today: I understand production not from the boardroom, but from the floor.

Was mich von anderen Interim Managern unterscheidet: Ich habe in Nigeria eine Fabrik buchstäblich von null aufgebaut – in einem Markt, wo vier Stunden Strom am Tag Alltag sind. Das prägt eine andere Art, Probleme zu lösen.What sets me apart from other interim managers: I literally built a factory from scratch in Nigeria – in a market where four hours of electricity a day is the norm. That shapes a very different way of solving problems.
